Byrd Automotive is an awesome place for Auto Repair. They are fair, they communicate very well, and they understand the seriousness of the needs of their customers daily transportation.

I recently took my car to Byrd Automotive for a starter repair, and from the moment I walked in, the staff (Glenn, Kara ,Tim) were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. What really stood out was their professionalism and honesty. They ran thorough diagnostic tests, explaining everything to me in clear, simple terms. I was impressed by how comprehensive their tests were—more so than any other place I've been to—and at a fraction of the cost. Their prices are about half of what nearby competitors charge, which was a pleasant surprise. In addition to the excellent repair work, they went above and beyond by washing my car for free, leaving it looking spotless. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service (thank you Kara for being so kind and helpful), making it incredibly convenient for those with busy schedules. The team at Byrd Automotive clearly values their customers and works with integrity. They didn’t just fix my car; they earned my trust. If you need car repairs, I highly recommend giving them a visit.

Byrd Automotive completed an AC Repair on my Subaru Crosstrek. Their customer service was excellent. They were friendly on the phone when scheduling an appointment, they listened and took accurate notes on my description of the issue, were able to look at my vehicle within a few days of calling, they updated me with phone calls and texts during the repair process, and provided courtesy rides to/from the shop. I also appreciated their professionalism in completing the repairs timely, communicating options in what felt like a transparent manner, and identified other areas of concern with the vehicle to monitor. Their pricing was reasonable given the parts and time involved with my repair. I would definitely bring my vehicle back to Byrd. Be aware that Byrd charges 3.5% for use of a credit card at the shop. They did waive my fee on this visit to the shop, which I appreciated, but their policy is clearly identified at the counter. They did not offer the ability to pay via other forms of electronic payment like Venmo, Zelle, etc. to avoid the fee.

Byrd Automotive provided a correct diagnosis of the problem with my car and replaced the rear wheel bearings. This was a relief. At the dealership, they had diagnosed the problem erroneously and recommended replacing the rear differential at a very high cost. I recommend Byrd highly. Reliable quality work and exceptional customer service.
