I am glad Byrd Automotive was recommended to me. They say you can’t find mechanic’s that are fair and not scamming people out of money. Well they would be wrong, this was my second time bringing a vehicle in for repairs and I can promise you it will not be my last! Fair prices, quick turnaround without missing or installing a part incorrectly when in a hurry. They truly are looking out for the customer and making them feel like family.

My BMW 650I cracked its turbo tubes while in the Woodlands, the engine started throwing codes and running rough. I did not want to risk driving much further. , My options were the dealership or Byrd. Byrd had good reviews and fair prices and was very close. They had a BMW certified guy on staff that had it diagnosed the next day, got me a detailed quote and delivered it a few days later. I asked that they keep it secured and not sitting in a parking lot for days as was the case at the dealership. The manager keept me updated on proress and feed back from the mechanics. They delivered the car as quoted and it was valet washed when I picked it up. The 650i requires proper maintenance on time. I am sure we will be using Byrd for all my fleet of vehicles.

Traveling through Tomball, I had a heater hose leak that sidelined me on a work trip. Harvey and his staff got my truck in, repaired and me on my way again in short order.
