Been around for a long time, trustworthy

The guys listened to my description of the issue with the air, and said they didn't want to guess what was wrong without doing a thorough once over and getting the system to duplicate the issue. They went through the AC system and found it was low on Freon, so they ran leak detection in it and still no leak detected. The technician at the counter went over the notes they took and said they filled the system back up but if it duplicates the issue to call and get back to them for further leak checks. The system is working great and they got the car back to me faster than I even thought possible.

I fully understand why this shop has stayed in business for so long. This entire staff and shop was amazing. I went through trenches for two months at another repair shop trying to get my engine replaced for a small leak. I finally moved my car to Byrd Automotive which turned out to be the best decision. They fully took care of the entire process and dealt with my difficult warranty company. I was kept updated and they stuck to the timeline they gave me. They even returned my car fully cleaned on the interior and exterior. I am so glad that Glenn and his team took such great care of my car!!

I prayed to God to find a decent mechanic that did good work. As usual God far exceeded my expectations. I needed a complete brake change. They didn’t just give me a good price, but took the brake system apart cleaned everything up and put it back together. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I have never had such wonderful service from any company. I will bring my car here from now on. It was a complete pleasure receiving service from people who take such pride in their work. Everyone was friendly and nice. The wonderful gentleman in the front office was personable, professional, helpful and easy to talk to. He had awesome communication and kept me informed through the entire process. If you are reading this review just bring your car here. Don’t go any where else.

I had an issue with a Carli suspension install performed by another shop and wasn't happy with the results. John was able to quickly identify and correct the problem at a reasonable price. My truck now drives better than ever. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and great to work with. Thank you for allowing me to showcase my truck during the Family & Truck Enthusiast Event. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future work.
