My car wasn't running right this morning and I was down the street from Byrd Auto. I pulled in right as they opened and was notified they were busy until next week. Glenn still took the time to come out to my car with me and actually helped me get it back running smoothly for today! He really didn't have to help as much as he did, but it really made my day.
