I recently upgraded my Ram 2500 Megacab with a Carli Backcountry shock system, including the Carli adjustable track bar and torsion sway bar, steering stabilizer … basically everything Carli offers except the radius arms. The project could not have gone smoother. John handled everything perfectly. I had tight timelines and specific delivery dates I needed to meet due to travel plans and he got everything done exactly as promised. This was not the result of good luck and everything falling into place. John was able to deliver due to his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond what you find in 99% of the businesses you work with today. He audited all the package parts well before installation and spotted missing parts far enough in advance to find them and get them overnighted from other providers even though the missing parts were on backorder from Carli. The entire staff at Byrd is incredibly helpful and professional. I’ll be taking all my automotive business to Byrd from now on.

Our Buick didn't pass it's emissions test at Take 5 Oil Change on Main St in Tomball so we brought it to Byrd's to get it fixed. Nothing was wrong with it! They were upset that Take 5 didn't read their testing equipment correctly. When we picked up the car, they didn't even charge us for checking it out. Thank you Byrd's! I will be coming back for your services!
