From the phone call all the way to getting my keys back this was by far some top notch customer service. Mr Harvey and the rest of the guys are thorough and the price is reasonable. I will be bringing my car here in the event I need to. The shuttle service they offer is an added Bonus to go somewhere and kill time

Super happy with the work they did in getting my 1972 vw bus AC System charged and verified the configuration. They made just a few small mods to my install to make it more serviceable. Looking forward to a cooler summer! At least in my bus!!!

Quality work, outstanding service, and fair price. I had a 100k service done on my F150 which included timing chain and phaser replacements, new water pump, and a host of other things to include repairing oil leaks. I was impressed by their decision to order OEM parts. Glenn was a pleasure to work with and he sent me detailed pictures of the work in progress. Really impressed by their actions. They have been in business for 38 years which is rare in today’s industry. The owner is a hands on person which is also reassuring. They even washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Highly recommend them.

Byrd Automotive is the place to go! Great customer service, awesome communication and amazing craftsmanship! First off, I did not mean to but I planned my drop-off day with these guys the same day as a regularly scheduled detail job for this truck. So they got a spotless truck and to my shock, these amazing guys managed to give me back a truck JUST AS SPOTLESS! Beyond that though, These guys get it done and they get it done in the way that is BEST FOR YOU! I needed brakes, thought I knew what I needed, I WAS ABOUT TO DROP $6K ON A BRAKE UPGRADE!! Tim had one conversation with me and knew just what I needed, this great man asked for a few hours to put some things together and let me tell you, when he got back to me, he had it all figured out! Once he called me back and explained his idea, I knew I was in the right hands and let him run with his plan. As expected him and his team did perfect. I really love the braking I've got but more then that, it was the way I got to this point, the great service and even better communication that really stood out for me!
