My SUV gave out noise from the rear wheels recently. Wasn’t sure whether it was a brake or wheel bearing related issue. Was traveling to Houston from another Texas City on a short business trip and had to return the next day. Took the vehicle into the SHOP and met Tim (Owner). Tim prioritized the inspection of the vehicle and informed me shortly after that it was the brake pads and drums. Shortly thereafter, the pads and drums were replaced, and the problem was resolved. I am very thankful and grateful to Tim for having the vehicle repaired and ready for me to get back on the road safely. This was a very pleasant and memorable experience.

My car's radiator began to leak during a trip out of town. Byrd was recommended by another mechanic, and they assured me that Byrd had all the capabilities to handle my issue. They took my car in on Monday, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed by Tuesday so I could get back home. The service was professional, the customer service was excellent, and they worked with me every step of the way.
