They took my vehicle in on Good Friday morning and were able to diagnose and repair my radiator leak before the end of business that day. The charges were quoted up front and was fair for the parts and labor included. Mr. Glenn was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. Had a noise coming from the drivers side of my 4WD vehicle. First opinion from a different place thought it might be my rear differential which would mean $$$$$! Brought it to Byrd’s where they brought it in, checked it out and fixed the minor problem that it really turned it to be. Just a bent heat shield= $64 dollars. Going to keep coming back. Guys are very honest with integrity! Didn’t take advantage of a woman trying to get her car fixed! These guys are great! I am very grateful to place to go to that won’t make up fixes to get more money. Thank you!
