Very efficient, friendly and fast service. Harvey was extremely nice helping me get my car fixed and verified my extended warrantee and got the part I needed that was difficult to find. The mechanic was fast and efficient so I could pick up my kids before they got out of school and the gentleman that drove me home from the shuttle was also very kind. If you are looking for honest, caring, professional and excellent mechanics, Byrd’s is the place! I am new to the Houston area and when my car started to leak oil I panicked because I had no idea where to take it. I quickly asked on Ring-Neighbors for recommendations and Byrd Automotive came up multiple times. When I arrived for a diagnostic, everyone was super welcoming: Kara, Glen, Tim, and Honey (their beautiful fur baby). We had many questions and they were very patient and explained everything in detail. They were honest on pricing and how long repairs would take. When my car was ready, not only did it run like new, it had been washed and interior cleaned! They also gave us a $150 dollar discount, a tumbler, and a flashlight, like what!? No other car repair shop has ever treated me like this, ever, and believe me, I’ve been to many. I am beyond amazed with the superb and stellar customer service Byrd Automotive provided. They truly treat their customers like family. You guys are the BEST!
