I noticed my check engine light was on. Scary thoughts races thru my mind! I made it home from running errands and called Byrd to schedule an appt. Next day we dropped off my car and I told the men to take their time. It’s the week after the holidays and I told the men get those college kids back to school and then work on my car. Well 3 days later and those great mechanic’s had my car back in top notch shape. I am and have ALWAYS been grateful for all the work Byrd Automotive has done on our vehicles. I feel safe when I am waiting for something like a simple oil change. I also like how Byrd has new oil stickers for the windshields I can actually read the numbers.

First time there for an oil change and service. Easy to schedule and service was excellent. Gave me a complete update and rotated tires for a good price

My mother was visiting from out of state and her car wouldn’t start. Byrd Automotive was incredibly helpful and sent someone out to our house to investigate the car and ended up replacing the battery For a nominal fee. I highly recommend this company, they are extremely helpful and go out of their way to be kind and offer Great service!

Byrd automotive is the best automotive service business I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. They stand behind their work and demand quality and kindness from their employees. They are like family. They do great work, are accommodating and fairly priced. You might say this what a business should be like quality work, fairly priced and always concerned about the customer experience. Great people great business 🙏🎶☺️
