Nice and good people. Only reason for a 4 rating is they didn't tell me I could have driven my car until the parts came in. It was 3 weeks in the shop just sitting there and then he told me I could have driven it while waiting on parts. The inconvenience of borrowing a car for that long was stressful. So glad to get my car back
