I recently trusted Byrd Automotive to disgnose and resolve several issues with the Carli Back Country suspension system installed on my 2023 Ford F250 by a less experienced shop. (Lesson learned: don’t buy a high-end suspension system and have it installed by a budget shop—you’ll end up with problems.) Now, my truck drives amazing. John is a true expert when it comes to Ford Super Duty suspensions, especially Carli kits. He took the time to discuss my truck’s issues at length on the phone, went on a test drive with me before I dropped it off, and thoroughly explained everything he found and fixed afterward. The entire shop (including the shop dog) was friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I noticed my check engine light was on. Scary thoughts races thru my mind! I made it home from running errands and called Byrd to schedule an appt. Next day we dropped off my car and I told the men to take their time. It’s the week after the holidays and I told the men get those college kids back to school and then work on my car. Well 3 days later and those great mechanic’s had my car back in top notch shape. I am and have ALWAYS been grateful for all the work Byrd Automotive has done on our vehicles. I feel safe when I am waiting for something like a simple oil change. I also like how Byrd has new oil stickers for the windshields I can actually read the numbers.
