The guys at Byrd are great! Excellent work and communication on the status of my vehicle service. They worked me right in to the schedule, provided shuttle service, and even stayed late to get my car back to me as promised…and my car was cleaned inside and out too. They treat you like family.

I have an older model car. And it's hard to find parts. I was so pleased with the service I received at Byrd Automotive. I sold used cars for many years. So I am familiar with the mechanics of a lot of vehicles. I knew what needed to be repaired on my car and I was anxious being a woman on what they would tell me needed to be repaired. I had taken my car to another shop and brother they were bad. But I have to tell you they were spot on with every repair issue. I am so happy. I feel like I am driving a new car! I will be a customer for life!

The team at Byrd Automotive are very professional. I had to have my vehicle towed in to the shop. Engine died in traffic and once vehicle was in a safe location I tried to restart the vehicle. It turned over but would not fire. Byrd did a complete diagnostics and determined cause of failure to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone in the area.
