They were willing to work with me on my old '09 Honda crv. I needed to stay in a budget and source parts other than OEM. Other shops wouldn't do that *cough Christian Brothers *cough* Goodyear *cough*. And Byrd was still willing to give same warranty. Helped me get by a lot. I've hit the 500 mile mark post repairs. So far so good *knocks on wood*. I'll bring my next vehicle to them as well.

Great service and customer service care

Very efficient, friendly and fast service. Harvey was extremely nice helping me get my car fixed and verified my extended warrantee and got the part I needed that was difficult to find. The mechanic was fast and efficient so I could pick up my kids before they got out of school and the gentleman that drove me home from the shuttle was also very kind.
