Super honest and knowledgeable about all kinds of cars. They fixed my Honda pilot and even came in cheaper than originally quoted. Our truck is in there now and we know it’s in good hands! This company is amazing.

From start to finish excellent communication and service. They provide a ride from the shop to my home after dropping off my truck then picked me up when my truck was ready. Loved that they did not try and price gauge me. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it within the day. Even threw in an oil change. Will definitely come.back and recommend to anyone needed auto service.

Glen and the guys here at Byrd were extremely professional and very customer service oriented. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only did they accommodate me on short notice but they also took it upon themselves to do more than what was originally expected (all at the direction of me once informed). Pricing for services was very fair and time to complete was as expected. We will definitely be using Byrd for future issues and recommend you do as well, you won’t be disappointed!

Harvey and guys are polite and helpful. Recently investigated a concern I had. Didn’t find anything and didn’t charge me. Byrd takes care of me.
