If I could give them 10 stars it would be an honest review. Byrd Automotive is the premier auto repair and forever more my only repair shop for my auto. The front counter staff, Tim, Glenn & Kara, know their stuff. My gas pump went out on my 2006 Mercedes Benz. I had it towed to their shop per a recommendation from AAA. Byrd Automotive replaced the fuel pump & I was on the road again promptly at a fair & reasonable price. Excellent work! I am so happy to have found you. I cannot give them a good enough review. Great, great service and professionalism from initial contact to follow up. Karah was great recommending the Tomball shop location to and I was able to get a very quick appointment, though I was told it was not required that walk ins are welcome. The honest, upfront diagnosis of my truck issues was presented in a layman's terms for me. The years of experience and knowledge from Harvey and Josh, as well as taking the concern off my mind, made the entire experience a very good one. Was given all information up front, very happy with the service, and will be coming back here again for all my automotive needs.
