My time at the office and their services was very well done and efficient they got straight to the point on many of the issues with my car and treated me well as a customer I would recommend them to anyone who asked me if they should attend or not.

Joshua was so very polite and respectful of this old lady who needed my car battery Terminal replaced because I had called AAA twice to tighten it. I had only brought him the part for 1 terminal, which is unheard of unless your on a tight budget. Joshua offered me a ride home so that I wouldn't have to wait, and wanted to make sure that it wasn't something more serious with my ground wire. He called me back before 4 pm, picked me up, and informed me that it would be no charge. They had replaced BOTH terminals for no charge and there were no problems. I am amazed and very thankful for an automotive company that really takes care of its customers. Thank you Joshua, you are a true gentleman!!!!!!

Thank goodness my neighbor told me about Byrd! Previous car repair place put in wrong part, and couldn't get the engine light off, or an inspection. These guys figured it out quickly and fixed the issues while i waited. I got my inspection with no problem. Wholeheartedly recommend Byrd Auto Repair shop!

I brought my wife’s Nissan Armada in because we thought that it needed the brakes replaced and new rotors/rotors turned because of a very slight “bounce” when braking. I was quoted a fair price to do front brakes and rotors along with the rear if needed and an oil change. We’re heading out of town in a few days and I didn’t have the time to do this myself. I received a phone call a few hours later expecting a quote for all of the previously mentioned issues and to my surprise, I was told that the brake pads were still in good shape, the rotors were fair and that the shop “in good conscience, didn’t feel that it was fair to charge me for something that I didn’t need at the moment, as there was no hazard in driving our vehicle at this point in time “. They recommended an air filter replacement and did so along with the oil change. This shop could have very easily just done the job and expected payment but instead, they were very professional and honest. I’ll be going back to Byrd Automotive from now on!

Had my vehicle taken in for brakes and get a/c checked. They both basically needed an overhaul. Obviously I'd like for it to not cost an arm, leg and liver, but I'd most likely pay that anywhere I went and if you want the job done right you gotta pay some money!!! They did an awesome job! My brakes feel so much better and my new much colder a/c is gonna make this summer a little more tolerable!!! 😊
