Joshua was so very polite and respectful of this old lady who needed my car battery Terminal replaced because I had called AAA twice to tighten it. I had only brought him the part for 1 terminal, which is unheard of unless your on a tight budget. Joshua offered me a ride home so that I wouldn't have to wait, and wanted to make sure that it wasn't something more serious with my ground wire. He called me back before 4 pm, picked me up, and informed me that it would be no charge. They had replaced BOTH terminals for no charge and there were no problems. I am amazed and very thankful for an automotive company that really takes care of its customers. Thank you Joshua, you are a true gentleman!!!!!!

Thank goodness my neighbor told me about Byrd! Previous car repair place put in wrong part, and couldn't get the engine light off, or an inspection. These guys figured it out quickly and fixed the issues while i waited. I got my inspection with no problem. Wholeheartedly recommend Byrd Auto Repair shop!
