Byrd automotive was great to work with. They did a tune up on my Yukon. They were fast and the price was what they quoted me. I will be back.

My experience at Byrd Automotive was not 5 star, it was 10-star! There is a reason that the high-end manufacturer of the major suspension system that I needed installed directs us to a few specific approved shops across the country. This was a large technical job, and Byrd knew all the technical specifications required to make it work. Meticulous detail, both in the installation process, and the custom as-built specification manual that was supplied after completion. As well as that, Byrd's recommendations on vehicle maintenance of all systems was beyond OEM technical capabilities. I will be bringing my vehicle maintenance, and my future projects here.

Byrd automotive is the most honest place you can take your vehicle. They also have the best prices on their work. Go there one time and you will go back if something else goes wrong with your vehicle.

After having a great first experience with Byrd Automotive in Tomball, we brought one of our other vehicles in for a tune-up, flushing of transmission fluid, and repair on an exhaust issue. We were greeted by first name, asked how the prior service was still doing, and given a pretty solid quote for work. Owner Tim was over at the Tomball location during our service work, and personally called to let me know status update on vehicle and was very genuine in talking with me. Our vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and we took it care free on a long road trip. Completely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism and paid a very fair price for all the work. Will continue to use Byrd Automotive for all of our cars. Having a trusted family owned and run business with long term, knowledgeable techs/mechanics makes all the difference.
