As usual, the courteous, friendly staff at Byrd did an excellent job on the car. It was the service we have come to expect from Byrd. We are repeat customers, and will remain so.

I'm very pleased with the service, hospitality, and professional treatment I received from John and the rest of Byrd's staff. They patiently worked a recurring oil leak until we were both satisfied with the results. It's rare to find this kind of dedication and hard work. I would recommend them without question.

They're always prompt and courteous. They tell the customer in simple terms what's wrong with the car and the remedy. They're always truthful and extremely "up front" abt everything. If additional "work" is needed, they always call the customer beforehand. The customer can ALWAYS TRUST them!!!

Way to step up your web site presence. Your old site was not very helpful and lacked a lot of the important information that a user would want to have at their fingertips. The new site is easy to navigate and full of helpful information and links. Nice job!

I've been going to Byrd's for many, many years - from regular oil changes to major repair work. They can't be beat in my opinion. They do excellent work and take the time to explain everything to you. Even with something as simple as an oil change they give you a followup call to make sure everything is OK.

They pick up and drop off, as needed, when needed. Friendly, no-nonsense and no unnecessary work. NOT the cheapest place you can go, but definitely reliable, with great customer service.

Byrd provides excellent service with a smile and I could eat off the shop floor. Enough said.
