Byrd Automotive is a beacon in the world of dark, scary auto repair shops (and dealerships service departments)! I went in for an oil change but the gentlemen there were so thorough. They answered all of my questions on tires, brakes and anything else I had concerns over. I was treated with respect and honesty, which I haven’t always felt as a female. The value of the oil change was phenomenal as well, almost half of what my dealership charged last time! They were super efficient as well. I was almost sad to leave the quiet, clean waiting area where I worked using the free WiFi! I can’t recommend this business enough.
