Friendly staff & fast service. After starting my birthday weekend off immediately with a flat tire AND a flat spare. Meeting Honey the Old English Sheepdog was a great way to turn things around when I was towed to Byrd Automotive for a fix.

My car needed towing from AAA and I was lucky enough to find this place as it took overnight drop-offs. They were extremely helpful, let me keep my store my car there until I figured out what to do with it, and were nice folks every step of the way. I just moved to the area and this shop will be my go-to for auto needs.

This place is amazing. Back at thanksgiving 2018, my 2015 Kia Soul died and the engine needed to be rebuilt. Byrd took care of everything, including contacting the warranty company multiple times. I apparently got a lemon so I’ve had to bring it back several times since then and every time they are quick, professional, honest, and very friendly. I won’t even go anywhere else for a simple oil change because they take such good care of my car. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your vehicle.

Byrd automotive has very understanding and informative staff. Last week I need a wheel balance so I scheduled it online through their portal. Showed up at my appointment time and for some reason it was never put on the schedule. The front manager said no worry we will take care of it right now and slipped me right in. Oh, and you should ask to see Honey(dog) when you get there.
