Let me begin by saying I will do my own repairs within my skill set. When I need professional help, I have gone to Byrd Automotive. I have dealt with them over the years on several vehicles. An unexpected major mechanical surfaced last week. It had been several years since my last visit. Lets say nothing has changed. Great experience. Johnnie Marino as well as the whole team were excellent. Very professional and customer oriented. They were very prompt and clearly communicated. The repair estimate was thoroughly explained with options presented. No strong arm techniques here or questionable repairs cited. Every thing went great! I was especially grateful they were willing to look into my warranty plan when I mention I had one. I didn't have the contact information with me but I asked them to look in the glove compartment, which they did. They called the warranty company and got everything sorted out, which saved me a lot of money.
