Responsive, great explaining repairs, courteous. This is the second time I’ve had Byrd repair my Infiniti and will continue to go back.

I have always been happy with the professionalism, friendliness, and service at Byrd Automotive, and I have been going there for years.

My husband put my engagement ring on the dash and it slid into the defroster by the windshield..ahh..we looked up the closest mechanic in the area and frantically headed to Byrd. These guys are truly amazing and lifesavers. They had to take the car in overnight so drove us home, they spent the next morning taking apart the dash, and found the ring a few hours later. They handled this with high priority, working extremely quick, had a great price, and overall we are so thankful we went to Byrd. This will now be our go to spot. Don’t waste your time looking for another mechanic.

I've been taking my 89 bronco here the past 1.5 years and will continue to take it and whatever other vehicle. I've been probably coming in almost every 2-3 months getting work done on this fixer upper and these guys are always so kind and always ready for me to bring my car in! Their prices are fair. I trust these guys with my bronco forever and ever, as long as they'll have me. I'm also super impressed with my car getting fixed and the complimentary car wash. So kind!!! plus the shop dog , Honey, just a ridiculously cute addition to the experience. 12/10 recommend to everyone.

It doesn’t look like an automobile shop, but I got good service. They use pass through Visa charges, use debit or check.

They always are fair and I never feel like they are selling me services that I don't need.

I bought a car from Carmax and used Byrd Automotive the 1st time because they were recommended by the Carmax warranty program. From the start they have been very helpful, trustworthy, all around wonderful to deal with. I like the fact that they have been able to bring me home after leaving my car with them. We’ve brought both of our cars to them over the past few years. Same great service each time!
