I brought my truck for a second opinion for my truck pulling to the right while driving. I had taken it to another well known shop in Panther creek and diagnosed that the steering box was the probable cause and would need to be replaced for around $1100. I brought it to Byrd and they found the front end to be solid and thought the tires were the issue. I asked them to rotate the tires and the truck tracks normal now. Very satisfied customer.

I was referred to Byrd by my friend Andrea that had a nightmare experience at a local BMW dealership, from her experience I knew that Byrd was better than the dealership due to the experience of the technicians and there ability to solve the problems the dealership could not. I own old Ford trucks and I found Byrd to be slightly less than the nearby competitor's. I know a thing or two about vehicles and have often worked on my own trucks but due to my age I can no longer turn wrenches. I have found their diagnoses to be 100% accurate and due to the honesty of the mechanics unlike most places I've been to they never tried to over sell me. When you take integrity and honesty in to factor you will spend less at Byrd. I could not give a higher recommendation on punctuality, honesty and craftsmanship. Bravo for maintaining high standards that seem to be a dying art!
