Being new to the area, I did not know where to begin in finding a fair and reliable mechanic for my car trouble. I am so pleased to have found Byrd Automotive. Their prices were very fair. They thoroughly checked out my car and explained the problems very well. Even with the unprecedented winter storm, they were able to complete the work in a timely manner. Very good customer service. I had the oil change done while I waited in their comfy waiting room. It was finished in less than 40 minutes. In the meantime, their Old English sheepdog checked me out and plopped herself down beside me. This is the nicest auto repair shop I’ve ever been to! This will be my new go-to auto service place, unless something absolutely has to be done at the Mazda dealership for warranty reasons.
