Fantastic work. The team was very communicative and called me each day they still had my car to give me an update. There were no issues with the CarMax warranty and they took care of everything. I can’t recommend these guys enough!!!

Whenever I call to make an appointment with Byrd Automotive the gentlemen will always be gracious with the time slot that works for me.. When I’m there waiting for my car to be repaired I enjoy sitting in their clean waiting room.

They do very great job and very fast. My car is yellow beetle , it’s my first car in my life. After bought it just 2 months. It had break problems that i need to push break very deep. They figure it out and fixed it with 3 years warranty. 2 days ago , I couldn’t start my car. They came to jump battery at my apartment for free. We told them to check everything for us. They checked and recommended reasonable things and price. Now my car is very healthy and very cold A/C. BTW at the first time we had problem, we talked to lots of shops. Lots of them don’t fix VW cuz it hard and need to have specific tools. I am very happy when Byrd can fix my beetle. And they did very great.

Amazing service - went above and beyond to help us with our Land Rover AND dealt with the insurance company for us. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a auto repair shop.

Byrd is always courteous, honest and timely. They are a little pricey but certainly know what they are doing.
