They thoroughly checked out my car and explained the problems very well. Even with the unprecedented winter storm, they were able to complete the work in a timely manner. Very good customer service. I had the oil change done while I waited in their comfy waiting room. It was finished in less than 40 minutes. In the meantime, their Old English sheepdog checked me out and plopped herself down beside me. This is the nicest auto repair shop I’ve ever been to! This will be my new go-to auto service place, unless something absolutely has to be done at the Mazda dealership for warranty reasons.
