My 1st time using Byrd because of the reviews and they lived up to the expectations. The shop had my 2018 F 250 PU in for some suspension work and leveling kit to take the infamous wobble out. Byrd installed the Bilstine leveling kit and steering damper and alignment and I could immediately tell the truck vibration was gone. Thank John and Tim great experience and for taking good care of my PU and good work your business provides.

Tim and his team diagnosed and repaired the carburetor and replaced fuel pump on my 1962 T-Bird and it's doing great. He also let me know other items to do in the future and I will certainly bring back to Byrd in the future. He kept me informed along the way and I certainly appreciated the updates. Happy Camper...
