Excellent service! Toyota Tundra Truck now has 4 new tires, new brakes, new filters, fuel injection fluid cleaned and they washed the truck. Outstanding customer service! A TRUE BLESSING!!! I would recommend Byrd’s Automotive to anyone around The Woodlands!! We are from East Texas but our son was admitted into the hospital in The Woodlands. The following day, myself and our one year old daughter traveled to stay in a hotel near the hospital. We got to the hospital with no issues but when we went to go check into our hotel, our vehicle would not start up. Not knowing the area or anyone nearby, we googled automotive places and for some reason chose the second one that popped up. This was 30 minutes before they were due to close. The owner, Tim, is who we spoke to. Without hesitation he told us to go back into the hospital out of the heat and that he was sending someone to pick me, my wife and our daughter up and take us to our hotel and they would tow our vehicle to their shop. Tim told us if we needed anything or a ride anywhere to let them know. While they had our vehicle they also noticed our oil would need to be changed soon and changed it. They noticed the battery in our key fob needed replaced and replaced it. They noticed we had oxygen tanks in our vehicle for our son and also cleaned our vehicle inside and out! They returned our vehicle back to us at the hospital just an hour before our son was discharged from the hospital. Then went out of their way to check in and send prayers for our son and family 2 days after we returned home.
