Very friendly, honest people!

I have a Land Rover that has only been serviced at the dealership. This time, they were very backed up and I did not want to wait to get my car checked out. I’m so happy I was referred to Byrd in Tomball. Their service was extremely fast (dealer told me I should expect it to take a week to have my car back, but Byrd got me back in my car the next day)! Saved me so much time and money, all while having great communication and customer service. I’ve been driving my car for almost 2 weeks and I can tell they took care of the problem. They have earned my business for the future, and I would recommend them 100%. Thanks guys!

Been to many shops and been disappointed almost every time until I found Byrd. Exceptional communication and excellent repairs. They call to keep me informed and they know their stuff. Took my truck to another shop and they had it 6 weeks and couldn’t get it right or figure out what it was. Finally picked it up and took it to Byrd. I was driving it again within 3 days!! They now get all of my business. Grateful there are still honest, capable shops like Byrd out there.

I had a fantastic experience with Glen, a mechanic located in Houston, when I faced a major oil leak while out of town. Although he couldn’t help me immediately, he provided valuable advice and solutions, which was incredibly appreciated. After we decided to use Glens services, we had the car towed and dropped of for service to be completed a couple days out. When I returned to town to pick up the car our battery was dead. When I mentioned this to Glen and his mechanic they were quick to jump to action and completed the repair quickly and smoothly. They also replaced the dead battery at no charge. Glen advised us to drive the car for at least 100 miles to ensure no new codes appeared, and thankfully, everything has been running perfectly. What stood out most was their exceptional customer service. They were kind, soft-sooken and genuinely caring, treating us like human beings rather than just a number. Their customer service was the best I’ve experienced in a long time and truly restored my faith in good service. It was also a cute surprise to meet their mascot dog, who is absolutely precious. I highly recommend Glen for his excellent service and genuine care. There are still good people out there!

Went in for rear breaks, tire rotation, fluid flushes, and oil change. Nice people working here. I’m happy with the service they preformed on my vehicle. And I got a clean car at the end!
