Customer service impeccable, knowledge of the techs is superior, shop is clean, pricing is fair. I could not be more grateful to this team for fixing my car so quickly. Great service and great communication. They’re very transparent on why work is needed, how necessary it is, and how much it will cost. Just took my car in for the first time, and expect to make it my go to shop as long as I live in the area.

Tim is absolutely amazing my car would not start and i called in a panic he said if i was able to drop my keys off after hours he would come get my car he looked at it fixed the problem and communicated with me the whole time he even clean and delivered my car back to my residence once he fixed it I will definitely be going back AMAZING Service

Took my daughters car in due to overheating issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to get the part and get it fixed by the next day. It was my first time using Byrd and chose them from other great reviews I saw, and they did not disappoint.

Outstanding quality and service!

Had a surprise when I went to pick up the car after an overall inspection...it wouldn't start. Turns out the battery cable had rare issue with negative side not being fully in tact, causing voltage drop such that car could not start! They found that issue, fixed the cable with no extra charge and I was quickly on my way! Good work!

I am glad Byrd Automotive was recommended to me. They say you can’t find mechanic’s that are fair and not scamming people out of money. Well they would be wrong, this was my second time bringing a vehicle in for repairs and I can promise you it will not be my last!
