Had a noise coming from the drivers side of my 4WD vehicle. First opinion from a different place thought it might be my rear differential which would mean $$$$$! Brought it to Byrd’s where they brought it in, checked it out and fixed the minor problem that it really turned it to be. Just a bent heat shield= $64 dollars. Going to keep coming back. Guys are very honest with integrity! Didn’t take advantage of a woman trying to get her car fixed! These guys are great! I am very grateful to place to go to that won’t make up fixes to get more money. Thank you!

They did a great job checking my brakes and my A/C. Glenn is a very kind and honest man. I thought I had to replace the master cylinder or calipers, but he said that everything looks good and that I should drive at least 20,000 more miles to get those replaced. Car repairs are usually expensive, and these shops like to change parts rather than fixing them. Well, that's not the case at Byrd Automotive. They are honest and don't bother to charge or replace anything if there's no need to. To me, their honesty was the greatest value I got from my visit. I'll definitely go back every time I need a hand with my car.
