I recently trusted Byrd Automotive to disgnose and resolve several issues with the Carli Back Country suspension system installed on my 2023 Ford F250 by a less experienced shop. (Lesson learned: don’t buy a high-end suspension system and have it installed by a budget shop—you’ll end up with problems.) Now, my truck drives amazing. John is a true expert when it comes to Ford Super Duty suspensions, especially Carli kits. He took the time to discuss my truck’s issues at length on the phone, went on a test drive with me before I dropped it off, and thoroughly explained everything he found and fixed afterward. The entire shop (including the shop dog) was friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about my experience.
