Staff provides quality and timely service reports

Excellent work but by far the most expensive by far the most expensive repair bill ever at Byrd ($2756.70) I had a 10% off coupon with no expiration date, but forgot to bring it in when we dropped the truck off. Now I wish I had! (Don't suppose y'all ever accept retroactive coupons-LOL!) Alan Moore

Wow, I was recently checking out the reviews for Byrd when I noticed a couple that were rude and seemed to written by a child or atleast someone as tall as child. I have been a costumer for over 3 yrs and have never had a problem with Byrd or any of the employees. Not only have they dropped me off at where I needed to be, they also picked me back up. They have always done a great job and I will continue to let them do a great job. So, Thank you Byrd Automotive, John and the so called "skinny, spaced out" Mike. You both have helped me in the past and are wonderful.
