Finding Byrd automotive was tricky, however, after following the temporary posted signs through a new apt complex I finally found them. The facility was very nice and my state inspection was processed promptly. The only reason I did not give them a 5ifth star was I felt they could have been more personable. I don't think they smiled at all.

I have had Byrd automotive as my mechanic for years, and they have always been honest with their evaluations, diagnostics, even if it meant saying "We just don't know what is going on", "but we will try to figure it out." When my truck engine had a catastrauphic failure, they were patient in allowing me to find a buyer for the junk truck and even allowed me to keep it there in the meantime. Thanks again Byrd automotive!!!!!

Byrd is not as easy to get to as it was before the High Timbers construction commenced. The detour is well marked, still fairly easy to get to, they got my simple needs handled, and I thought this was cool; I was walking over to pick up my car (I office nearby) and one of the guys stopped and offered me a lift. Aces. Thanks.
