Very polite and respectful (if that doesn't mean a lot to you, you're probably not a woman who takes her car in a lot). Everything suggested was a) a real thing that really happens in cars and b) something I already suspected might be wrong. Super fast service, lots of coupons available. I appreciate that they actively court people to review them online because it shows that they believe in doing their job well. No TV in the lobby, but I'm not such a big fan of CSI or the 24 hour news cycle to miss it, but you might want to remember to bring a book with you. I would send my mom there without worrying they'd take advantage of her.

I have a life time oil change program on both our cars. John called and left the message that our SUV was ready about 2:30. I picked it up about 4:30. I had somewhat of a disappointed expectation in that the last time I had a car in for the oil service, they washed it. Not this time. Like I say, not a big deal. But when it happens, it is a nice touch. Their oil service program is not just a good deal, but a great deal. I've dealt with them for years and did not realize they are a AAA rated facility with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Good to know if one is an AAA member, which I am.

I recently had several repairs done--an a/c "leak", some hoses replaced, and the airbag "light" repaired. They called before any "work" was done to keep me up to date and completely informed !!! They "worked" with me concerning payment "plans" too !!! They are very reasonable and extremely patient, which I appreciate beyond words !!!!

Having replaced 2 ac compressors at a Jeep dealership, we sent the Compass to Byrd. They had to weed out more defective parts but stayed with it untill the car was fixed. Byrd has a waiting room with goodies to make the wait time feel comfortable. They also warranty their work.
