The managers and mechanics at Byrd Automotive alwsys take good care of me, discuss issues about service, repairs and maintenance in a direct, honest way. They work to meet my timing requirements for getting my car back. Makes getting my car serviced not so painful an experience.

John went out of his way to manage costs and get the information from dealership needed to do that.constant updates and ability to get a rental car made it stellar. WOW!

I want to commend the management and staff for not only superior workmanship, being "on time" with transport, but a high level of integrity as well. There had been a legitimate mix-up on a quote, but they honored the original price because of this. It is too often that people do not fully trust vendors,but they have made a customer for life and I will recommend them to my friends.
