Bryd gives you excellent service. They are very good at letting you know if something needs repair and how urgent the repair is. They try keep your costs down suggesting a range of options. I hightly recommend them.

I really feel confident in how they work on my car. Have no worries once I drop my car off for work they do on it. They back up their work. Recently, I was fortunate to have to use their warranty. A part they put on my car went faulty, and they replaced it for free because it was under warranty. They made my day. Byrd is very professional and leaves me with that warm fuzzy feeling about leaving my car with them.

I'm very pleased with the service, hospitality, and professional treatment I received from John and the rest of Byrd's staff. They patiently worked a recurring oil leak until we were both satisfied with the results. It's rare to find this kind of dedication and hard work. I would recommend them without question.

They're always prompt and courteous. They tell the customer in simple terms what's wrong with the car and the remedy. They're always truthful and extremely "up front" abt everything. If additional "work" is needed, they always call the customer beforehand. The customer can ALWAYS TRUST them!!!

Way to step up your web site presence. Your old site was not very helpful and lacked a lot of the important information that a user would want to have at their fingertips. The new site is easy to navigate and full of helpful information and links. Nice job!
