Having been a client of Byrd for more than 9 years I have come to expect the best and once again I have not been disappointed.

since finding byrds automotive we have been very happy with their service, we trust their service, moved to San Antonio in 2007 and could not find a garage that gave us the kind of service that we received from Byrds . We came back in 2009,went back because we had a problem with the car, we walked and they remembered us without us telling them our name, they know their customers very well...thank you tim and byrds team.

It is always a pleasure to deal with Byrd. The staff are always very helpful, reliable, and professional. They always have time to listen to your concerns and offer suggestions or take care of them. We've been dealing with Tim and his staff since 1998 and have never had a complaint or found any fault with the work that was done. Customer service at it's best.

Byrd is very informative and straight forward. No pressure. Great recommendations & explanations for repairs needed. They found a hidden electrical problem, repaired it & some other things in a short time. I will use Byrd again.

As always, excellent customer service and auto repair. Byrd came to my house, picked up my car and replace my radiator. It was a stormy Tuesday, but they picked it up when they said they would. I am very happy with Byrd.
