We just moved here and were stressed out trying to find a trustworthy auto mechanic. My father always took care of our cars so we didn't know what to expect. They were fast, helpful, and didn't do any work that wasn't necessary for my car. We are so glad we found this place. They even offer AAA discount.

Staff provides quality and timely service reports

Excellent work but by far the most expensive by far the most expensive repair bill ever at Byrd ($2756.70) I had a 10% off coupon with no expiration date, but forgot to bring it in when we dropped the truck off. Now I wish I had! (Don't suppose y'all ever accept retroactive coupons-LOL!) Alan Moore

Wow, I was recently checking out the reviews for Byrd when I noticed a couple that were rude and seemed to written by a child or atleast someone as tall as child. I have been a costumer for over 3 yrs and have never had a problem with Byrd or any of the employees. Not only have they dropped me off at where I needed to be, they also picked me back up. They have always done a great job and I will continue to let them do a great job. So, Thank you Byrd Automotive, John and the so called "skinny, spaced out" Mike. You both have helped me in the past and are wonderful.

When asked about a problem, said it would take too long and therefore cost too much to figure out with the vague symptom. Did a quick check of hoses and belts free and found them OK.

Reliable, dependable, efficient, and friendly. I had the need to have my vehicle serviced at short notice. I called and Byrd, as always, was there to assist. They managed to fit me in, let me wait, and I was on my way regardless of the short notice.
