Wow !!!!! Great service as always. They always honor the coupons and it really does help w/ a person's budget. They're always friendly and helpful w/whatever car problems one has. They patiently explain what's needed and or recommended. They WILL work with one concerning their budget.

I received your usual prompt and efficient service and I always appreciate your helpfulness. However, I would caution you to be sure that when an appointment is made over the phone it is duly recorded and that that time is firmly saved for the caller.

Took vehicle in at 4:00pm expecting to have to leave it overnight for service and state inspection. David took care of me and asked if I'd like to wait (approx 1 hour) for it. I agreed and the jobe was completed in less than the hour. Terrific service but then my experience shows that it always is.

Nobody wants their car to break down out of town, but it happens. I ended up here and it worked out very well. I was given a clear explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done. I was kept apprised about the timetable for repairs and was given a comprehensive billing summary. In particular, Cassandra was very helpful and responsive.
