I dropped my car off in the morning to get an oil change and my inspection done. The man at the front counter that helped me was very friendly!! Since I dropped it off early morning they offered to drive me to work which I thought was awesome! The guy that drove me to work was also very nice. Later that morning they called to tell me my car was ready and that they had also washed it - extra awesome!!! Since I was a AAA member I was able to get an extra 10% off - I always love a discount! When I picked up my car they even had a list of suggested services that they recommend to get done in the near future. Over all my experience was great! I will for sure be taking my car back to Byrd!

Had an issue pop up with my car on Sunday and was in and out of the shop on Monday with the problem fixed!!!

Great service... and in less time than I expected it to take too.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car back and it had been washed and cleaned inside and out. Would have gotten 5 stars, but had to take it back to have wire reconnected which was not tightened on the initial service. This caused my car not to start. Unfortunately, this happened on a weekend, and I was without transportation for 3 days.

appreciated the written quote and ride to and from home while car is being repaired. Also appreciated they did not pressure me with getting all repairs done at once, as I can only do them one at a time.
