As usual, my experience at Byrd was exceptional. Can't imagine taking it anywhere else. Only had a battery replaced this time but they were typically prompt, courteous, knowledgable, and reasonable. They even had my truck washed! Frankly even better than my car wash does it. All the guys there are great. This time Tarik handled my visit and was a big help. Thanks!

It was guarantee work for an annoying problem in the brakes that seemed to defy diagnosis. I appreciated that they were concerned to get it right and they did.

Just had to have a head light replaced. It was ordered and they called me as soon as it came in. I mentioned a light on my license plate was also out, so that was replaced as well. The day I had it installed I was in and out in under 30 minutes!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!!
