High Mike;The only reason I deleted the car info is there is a slight mistake on the license number. It was displayed as BXC 4255;the correct info is BXC 4275 for the Lexus and BXC 4274 for the Jimmy. You can keep them on record.I consider Byrd as the most dependable auto maintenance and repair facility with which I have dealt.

I have used Byrd Automotive for several years. I feel I can trust them to do the right things for my cars. They give great advice for service and don't recommend anything that is not needed. They are friendly and great to work with on normal services and repairs.

All I had was an oil change, which costs about $50. Even for such a small job, they still picked up and dropped off my car at park and ride. Because of their excellent service, I was able to get my car taken care of without taking time off. They were honest and professional.

I have used Byrd's twice. The first time was 3 years ago when my water pump went out in my Chevy Trailblazer. They were honest, quick and affordable. I most recently used them for my Chrysler 300. They checked it out and unfortunately my engine was toast. I informed them that I would probably just buy a new car, but that I come down and settle my bill for the diagnostics and to arrange towing the vehicle to a different location. Well they must have felt bad for me because they only charged me half of the diagnostic fee and only $75 for the towing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a local mechanic.

My main criterion for a quality experience is that the job is done well, and Byrd has never disappointed [not something I can say about others]. Unfailingly helpful, communicative, and reliable.
