Your #5 Service Advisor (Sorry, I can not remember his name.) alerted me to the BG Coverage on my vehicle and I was able to take advantage of it. I purchased this car new in 2002 and have had it serviced many times. Byrd Automotive was the first to draw this coverage to my attention. Because of this bit of knowledge they saved me money and encouraged me to return for additional service.
