Great service, friendly staff, fully explained what was needed and reasonable prices. Completed in a timely manner. Super pickup and delivery staff too.

Work was done on time. Some unexpected problems came up and the additional needed repairs were explained clearly. All in all the work was done well and within agreed pricing.

I've had my daughter's VW Passat serviced a couple times in the last month. She had let maintenance on the car go for awhile. I got a clear explanation of required repairs with concise description of the risk of postponing some of the work to a later date. At all times I felt that advice was given honestly without the usual BS one gets at dealerships. I also checked Byrd's estimated cost against the dealership and found a fairly significant savings. All in all my daughter and I have been pleased with Byrd. (ps - you need to try the fresh baked cookies in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee)

Good communications on the work being done. My only complaint is that I did not check whether I got the $25 on line discount. I gave my daughter the receipt, but I suspect we didn't get the discount.
