Byrd automotive has very understanding and informative staff. Last week I need a wheel balance so I scheduled it online through their portal. Showed up at my appointment time and for some reason it was never put on the schedule. The front manager said no worry we will take care of it right now and slipped me right in. Oh, and you should ask to see Honey(dog) when you get there.

I have a Used BMW purchased in 2016. A week after my purchase fuel pump light and others came on. Additionally I lost the control so steering wheel and more. Took to the BMW certified service on I 45. $2000 later, car was still not fixed. Went back and said I would need a new “used engine”. Check out Bryd Automotive and took in. We did spend a year trying to figure out what was happening while I drove the car. Last service Tim and his team were determined to identify the root cause. They isolated different parts of the engine to ultimately solve the problem. Tim spent hours researching and calls with BMW. They are the best and angels for solving my car problems. Will always use Tim and his team. Finally an automotive service company this is honest!!!! The best.
