Always friendly, they take the time to explain everything fully and their prices are reasonable. I have been using them for years and sent family and friends to them- that now use them regularly too. Service was good, helpful staff. Was phoned to discuss any work before undertaken and was offered a ride home if I was to wait.

Called for a State Inspection on my wife's car. They told me to come in right away.I was in and out within 25 minutes. They even gave me a AAA TX discount.My wife was pleased that it was the first time in years that I didn't come home with a unnecessary repair estimate of $1500 - $2000. Byrd will be my first consideration on future automotive needs.
