I was visiting family from out of town and my car had a major oil leak the morning of New Year’s Eve. I was certain I’d be without my car for at least a few days because of the holiday but they were able to diagnose the issue and hustled to get my car back to me the same day! They also had the best customer service I’ve experienced with automotive services. They were direct, took the time to educate me on the issue, and did everything they could to ensure I would not be inconvenienced including complimentary rides to/from the shop. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the area.

I've always had great service at Byrd over the years. The staff are all very friendly and professional. They have done a great job taking care of four of my vehicles (domestic and foreign), even identifying an issue that could have resulted in catastrophic engine failure. While they are defiantly not the cheapest they are the fairest for the price and quality of work. I feel they give fair advice about work needed and not pressured into needless maintenance or repairs like some other shops in the area. Also the warranty for services performed is far better than most of the auto repair industry.

I had a hiccup with my car today and I found Byrd Automotive close by. I dropped in and they helped me right away. The staff was very friendly and their office puppy even came over for some friendly scratches. Overall a very fast and easy experience. I would bring my car back here for all other auto needs!
