My experience has always been 5 star. They do fantastic work at a fair price and extremely friendly. They also offer free rides home.

Everything was GREAT as always!! The Service and the Knowledge of Everyone is Always a Welcoming and the Atmosphere is Always Pleasant. Just one problem this time. When I brought my car in on Wednesday I presented the letter with a Credit Voucher for $24.77 that stated it was good on anything through July 31st except on a State Inspection (Note: that I did not get an Inspection). I noticed though Last Night when I returned home the Discount of $24.99 was not on the Ticket!! Just an FYI….. Thank You for Always being a Pleasure to Deal with!!

I have nothing but high praise for Byrd Automotive. Tim and Harvey were incredibly helpful and got my truck running great. Three things set Byrd Automotive apart for me: First, they were straightforward about the repairs that I needed vs. the repairs that I could have. They quoted me for all sorts of services that could be done, but when I asked, "What do I need to get done?" I got an honest answer. They could have made more money by not telling the truth, but they showed integrity that was much appreciated. Second, they fixed a door issue on my truck that I had not asked for and I was not charged for. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to. Finally, I got my truck back cleaner than it's been in years. The hand wash was a very nice touch.
