Fantastic service that can be trusted. The only reason I give 5 stars is because 10 wasn’t an option. From the time I called to set the appointment to have my vehicle looked at, to the time I drove off with it repaired I was treated with respect. Everything that was wrong was explained to me why & how. Pictures were taken to show me the broken parts & the new parts installed & how to properly maintain in the future. In these days & times one often feels as if everyone has no time to do a good job or care to do a thorough job, just give me your money & get out. Not at Byrd Automotive. They even picked me up at home when my vehicle was ready. I highly recommend Byrd Automotive to anyone needing their vehicle r we paired or maintenance performed.
