Have had my Infiniti M35 serviced many times and have always been pleased with the explanation of what had to be repair. I have always been satisfied with the work but another event resulted in me being even more satisfied. I had a Serpentine belt replaced and I noticed about 2 weeks later that I had a terrible sound when I started the engine which lasted about 10-15 minutes and then gone for the day. I took the car in for them to recheck and they found the belt needed to be tighten. The service was quick and there was no charge for the service. Now I know they stand behind all their work. You should try them.
