My 2008 Rav4 has a known engine defect. I've been trying to find a fix for years. Byrd Auto was able to tell me what the problem was and was really honest about the stages that might need to happen to fix it. They completed the initial fix in a day for much less than other shops had charged without fixing the problem. So far so good. I'll continue to use these guys.
