Firstly, Byrd Automotive was recommended to me by another auto shop owner, if that tells you anything. I went in with steering and suspension issues (it was difficult to drive in a straight line). They inspected the car and diagnosed it in a timely manner and told me what parts I needed to replace and what to expect. They didn't charge me for this at all! I sourced my own parts online and the car was fixed by the end of the day. I never thought a major repair would be this easy. I would absolutely recommend going here for your auto needs.

I always go to Byrd. They are the best auto repair business I have ever seen. Honestly, the best. A recent example was when I dropped my car by to have them look at a slow leak tire. They call in a few hours and explained that a nail was the cause of the slow leak and too close to the side wall to fix. So new tire was needed. They explained the cost of the tire and when they could do the replacement. But then said “ you know this looks like a new tire”. I said in fact it was. It came with the car purchase. He suggested I go back to where I got the car and perhaps there is a warranty. And in fact their was one and instead of a big bill, all I had to pay was a $50 deductible. Very honest and really want to be a trusted friend instead of a repair shop that tries to get all they can get out of you. Again, THE BEST!
