Great service and extremely friendly.😊 I haven't had the best luck choosing mechanics shops due to overpricing or fixing the issue only to need repairing again. I explained what I needed and Mr John was very patient and helpful. I'd previously took my car to the dealership and was priced over $300. I paid less than $200 here and was able to use the online coupon for the month. I will definitely come back for oil change soon. Absolutely, I would recommend these guys. Very professional and my vehicle was done in less than an hour with a 4 year warranty! You can't beat that! Also,the cute, fluffy dog was an added bonus💕

It took us a few years to find a mechanic around here that we liked. Once we found Byrd, we haven't gone elsewhere. The are great at finding and digging for the root cause of our car issues. They are willing to help you understand the problem and you options. They have also gone above and beyond for us during the pandemic to help us maintain social distancing.

I've been using Byrd for 20 years now and have been satisfied with their service. I like the feature where you can drop the car off and they'll take you home and deliver the car later that day.
