My car's radiator began to leak during a trip out of town. Byrd was recommended by another mechanic, and they assured me that Byrd had all the capabilities to handle my issue. They took my car in on Monday, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed by Tuesday so I could get back home. The service was professional, the customer service was excellent, and they worked with me every step of the way.

We work next door to this shop, for years I’ve seen some really nice vehicle's trusted there, so I decided to ask a big favor of them and work on my exotic car, they accommodated willingly and knocked it out of the park with a smile! Will return and very happy we found this wonderful shop!

To say I was absolutely satisfied with my recent service at Byrd Automotive would be an understand with how happy I was to service my vehicle here. They were very communicative, transparent about everything they diagnosed and even did their absolute best in getting a part that was on backorder for me. The cherry on top was that they left my car cleaner than I left it with since them and gave me a complimentary car wash. Service places had left mud in my car before so this was an important, small detail for me. The thing that separates them from any other repair shop though is their customer service. As someone who works in marketing the automotive industry, I understand the hassle of servicing a vehicle. However their advisor, Glenn made this as seamless of a process as I could imagine. Very communicative and above all, super friendly. Off-topic, but definitely a guy I'd get a beer with. The automotive industry could use some more people like Glenns but overall - thank you so much for a job well done on my car and extraordinary service. 10/10 would recommend
