Byrd Auto is always my first choice when I need maintenance or repairs with my car. I just had an issue that gave them an opportunity to hit me up for a huge repair bill. Instead, they did the right thing and made the necessary adjustments and got me on my way without gouging me. This is a big deal to me. I don’t like getting shafted by unethical mechanics. I spoke with Tim, the owner, and he helped me diagnose my truck issue without even going to the shop. Saved me a lot of money that I would have been out of if I had gone with the other shops misdiagnosis. Will be going here in the future for any Auto issues.
