Cannot thank the guys at Byrd enough!!! My AC was blowing hot air for months, and with TX summer approaching it was really getting unbearable:(. These are super nice and trustworthy people! Called me multiple times to update me on what was going on with my car. They even let me know what else would need fixing soon, and I will definitely be coming back to them for that! My AC is ice cold and my car is clean! thank you x a million!! plus cute dog! :)

The staff could not have been more polite, but most of all, TRUSTWORTHY! They were more than fair on repair cost. We will definitely use Byrd Automotive from now on. They washed and detailed my car before returning it - it was a very nice surprise and my car is running great now.

F250 - Byrd checked for source of rumble and vibration from front end. I suspected wheel bearing however their checks ruled that out but found chopped front tires. Probably the cheapest option/repair. Also found rear brakes needed service during their checks so that was done. Also gave me an itemized list of service recommendations with prices for planning purposes. All in all a good experience and one where I do plan following up with their recommended service items.

Great service, friendly staff and fair pricing. I have an older truck that I love but it needs some repair and I’m trying to keep to my tight budget. Byrd gave me the full rundown of issues and then helped me prioritize which repairs I should focus on based on urgency and budget. I will definitely come back to Byrd to finish the work next month.
