Great, locally owned repair and maintenance shop that puts the customer experience very high on their list of things they want to do great. Fast turnaround and very competitively priced. Recently bought a used BMW that was sold with very worn tires and a serious misalignment. Auto Nation was NOT going to put tires on the car based on the sales price and they claimed the alignment was consistent with EV expectations (it wasn't). Byrd got it dialed in precisely and couldn't be happier. Great shop, great folks, and they don't upcharge/upsell. You get what you want when you want it. Love this shop.

Came in after reading reviews for this place, notice my car Had a leak in of my front passenger seat floor, and also needed an oil change. as I mentioned the issue to John he immediately went to the car and checked them out, told him it was happening for about 48 hrs he told me a couple of possibilities and when it was done John showed me what was wrong which was a clogged draining water for the AC, fixed them and it was done whin an hour with an oil change service as well, John is the best!! And while waiting my daughter and I was accompanied by sweet honey! The best cutest cleanest friend I ever met🤩 thank you Byrd Auto!! Will go here for now on

My vehicle was making an odd sound when I drove and they found the problem and fixed it. Very professional and kind people. Would definitely recommend them and I will be returning for future needs.
